It is essential that we ensure all our nurses and healthcare assistants are confident and competent before starting their roles, as such you will be asked to complete or evidence the below:
- Occupational health questionnaire
- Additional compliance documentation
- Evidence of your core skills training
- Undertake a clinical skills assessment review
- Reference checks (written and verbal)
Background checks
After successfully passing your online interview, you will be contacted by your dedicated recruitment co-ordinator who will talk you through our online background check process.
This process includes Right to Work, Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) enhanced for vetting, address documents and National Insurance checks. You will be asked to upload all your documentation to our secure platform for verification.
