Care4ocus believe that it’s best for children to be at home with their families. If you are caring for your sick or disabled child at home then we can provide the support that you, your child and the rest of your family need. We will work with you to ensure your child has the best opportunity to be as independent as possible.
Our nurses and carers help facilitate children’s play and educational activities, assist them both in and out of the home, and help them achieve their independence and long term goals. For young adults we can provide care and support up to the age of 25 enabling individuals to stay healthy, happy and safe in the comfort of their own homes.
We can provide assistance outside of the home, including at school or college and during social activities. Every individual’s health, care, education and development needs are catered for expertly with a tailored care and support plan. Client care may be commissioned by local NHS commissioning groups, social services departments or may be arranged privately.
